I have been given the role of creating social media graphics for our Girls Wired Campaign. In our team we discussed as a group what we would like to include within our social media channels. We decided we wanted to utilise our slogans/poster titles within the social media to expand the visual language and make all outputs flow together. We thought it would make it more interesting to turn them into gifs in which the text would scroll.
I had never made anything like this before and had no knowledge as to how these could be created. So my team member Skaiste pointed me towards a tutorial on YouTube which helped me learn this skill.
I also tried to make a different style of GIF using Photoshop which I was more familiar with as I’ve used it in past projects to create GIFs. These gifs are much more simple but still quite effective.
