Over the weekend we have began to receive the junior players updated 2021 photos from our client via our shared one drive folder, so we could begin updating our existing outcomes. Because of the current situation it has meant we are not able to take our own images of the children so this has been left to the parents. We had requested the format of the photos via a email in which we provided instructions as to several poses we would like from the children in order to get the best variety and asked whether they could repeat these for both before and away kits so we had a variety.

After reviewing the images we were receiving, as a team, we found that not all of our requested had been fulfilled. A number of player sent back just one or two images rather than the full set of poses we wanted. Other images were rather pixelated, one to the point that it is unusable. This was slightly disappointing that this could effect our standard of work although it was understandable given the circumstances and we are grateful for the parents efforts.

We continue to receive the images as they are sent to Mike. Mike clarified that if we needed any images retaken he would get that sorted for us, so I plan to send him an email requesting this for one of the players.

Update 23/03/21: I sent an email to Mike requesting the retaken images and he has now sent me those which are now much better.

Its my role in the group to now begin to cut the images out from there backgrounds and edited them so they can be used on the posters, social media and playing cards. I will be sharing these with my team via one drive so they can all use them.

Updated 23/03/21: I have now edited all the images of both players and coaches and they are now being edited by Bart so they are consistent in colour.
